The built-in barcode label printing generator allows you to create professional adhesive barcode labels and shelf tags for products without external design software.
1. Supported Label Formats & Hardware #
- Direct Thermal Roll Printers: Compact 50mm x 30mm, 40mm x 25mm, or 30mm x 20mm label rolls (e.g., Zebra, Xprinter, Rongta).
- Standard Desktop Laser/Inkjet Printers: A4 adhesive sticker sheets (e.g., 24-up or 30-up labels per sheet).
2. Generating & Printing Labels #
- Navigate to Products ➔ select the checkboxes beside the items you wish to print tags for ➔ click Print Barcode Labels.
- In the label customizer sidebar:
- Label Template: Choose your sticker size (e.g.,
50mm x 30mm Shelf Tag). - Print Quantity: Enter the number of stickers needed (matches incoming stock count).
- Content Toggles:
- ☑ Show Store Name: Prints your brand title at the top of the tag.
- ☑ Show Product Name: Clear item description.
- ☑ Show Price & Currency: Prominent bold price display (e.g.,
$4.99). - ☑ Barcode & Number: Crisp scannable EAN-13 / Code-128 bars.
- Label Template: Choose your sticker size (e.g.,

3. Printing Verification & Calibration #
- Review the real-time sheet preview on the right side.
- Click the blue Print Labels button.
- When using thermal label roll printers, verify that the printer’s gap sensor is calibrated so prints align centered on each sticker.
- Scan Test: Test-scan the newly printed sticker with your handheld barcode scanner to confirm immediate recognition before placing it on shelves.
