The Suppliers Management module in TRAX Store Management System allows store administrators to centralize distributor contacts and trace which retail products originate from which wholesale vendor.

1. Feature Access & Subscription Requirements #

• Navigation Path: From the main sidebar menu, select Suppliers (/home/suppliers).
• Role Permissions: Restricted to Store Administrator (Admin) or Store Manager.
• Subscription Plan: Enabled under the suppliers_management feature key. If locked, upgrade your store plan in the My Subscription tab.

2. The Smart Auto-Scanning Engine #

TRAX POS includes a built-in automated supplier detection engine:

1. When you open the Suppliers page or click the Refresh (🔄) button, the system automatically inspects your entire product catalog database.
2. It scans all custom product specification fields (detailFields) searching for vendor keywords (e.g., supplier, merchant, distributor, المورد, التاجر المزود).
3. If vendor tags exist on any product, TRAX POS automatically creates or updates that supplier’s profile and links the corresponding products without manual data entry.

• Live Search Bar: Type into the search field at the top-right toolbar. The list filters instantly across supplier names, contact details, and linked items.
